We are not in network with any insurance provider, as we are a private pay company. With the help of our Insurance Coordinator, we are highly experienced with completing all the required pre-authorization/assessment/treatment planning steps needed to get our services approved by your insurance plans as out of network providers. We bill for all services monthly and upon receipt of payment, provide you with an invoice that is properly coded with the right CPT codes in order for you to submit to your insurance company for reimbursement. The amount of reimbursement varies greatly according to your provider and plan.

Please note that we do not accept Medicaid. We do not participate in Single Case Agreements.
