 CEOs and Co-Founders, Dani and Peri, were originally brought together as colleagues in a center-based ABA program in Manhattan that provided Early Intervention services to children ages birth through 3 years with a diagnosis of Autism Spectrum Disorder. Sharing the same work ethic and passion for excellence in their distinct roles, Dani (Licensed Speech Pathologist) and Peri (Licensed Psychologist) developed a powerful team dynamic and aligned therapeutic approach, resulting in measurable outcomes for the children served. 

Peri and Dani were inspired to create their own private companies, Kids of New York Applied Behavior Analysis, PLLC (KABA) and Bridge Psychology and Speech Therapy, PLLC (BPS) dedicated to improving the lives of individuals who present with a range of diagnoses including Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD), Attention Deficit Hyperactivity Disorder (ADHD) Obsessive Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Oppositional Defiance Disorder (ODD), and Anxiety. Through KABA, our BCBAs provide direct ABA therapy in home and schools, provide Parent Training/Collaboration services both in person and virtually, conduct Functional Behavior Assessments (FBAs) for both existing clients and new clients, and frequently collaborate with other related service professionals. KABA therapists specialize in creating individualized Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs) that aid in helping the individuals we work with, and their families, reach their goals.

Through BPS, our licensed psychologists provide Counseling and conduct Psychological and Diagnostic Evaluations for Autism. Our SLPs conduct Speech/Language and Feeding evaluations and provide weekly home/office based speech/language and/or feeding therapy.

Peri and Dani remain clinically active in every client’s case through in-person overlaps, meetings with families and schools, and planning for the future. With invaluable direction from Executive Directors, Dr. Alexis Sporkin and Ashley Pacheco, Bridge Kids leadership remain committed to progressing in the field of Applied Behavior Analysis with a focus on compassion and preserving the dignity of all we serve.
